Jacquelyn J. Mathiesen

Jacquelyn J. Mathiesen, CPA, is a manager in the Stroudsburg office of RLB.She became part of RLB with the merger in 2009. She graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Accounting. She is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She lives in Stroudsburg with her husband, Jim. They have two sons.

Catherine M. Osborn

Catherine Osborn is a staff accountant in the firm’s Stroudsburg office She is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. She lives in Lords Valley with her husband Dennis.

Joann L. Price

An administrative assistant in the Stroudsburg office of Regan, Levin, Bloss, Brown & Savchak, Joann L. Price performs a myriad of administrative and client-based duties at the firm. Joann is involved with timekeeping and client billing, as well as assembling client financial statements, preparing payroll tax returns, and ensuring that all client tax returns are completed in a timely and precise manner. She joined Frank M. Brown, P.C. in 1992; in 2009, she came on board with RLB. Joann is a graduate of Churchman’s Business College with a degree in Business.

Deborah M. Seifert

Deborah M. Seifert is a staff accountant in the Stroudsburg office of RLB. Debbie graduated from Montclair State University in 1986 with a B.S. in Accounting. She has worked in public accounting for over 25 years. She lives in Stroudsburg, PA with her husband and two children.
