Brian T. Regan is the director of tax services for Regan, Levin, Bloss, Brown & Savchak, P.C. He began his accounting career in the banking world with MidLantic National Bank. In 1983, Brian joined the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick, where he helped to grow the tax department from four to twelve professionals. After 10 years at KPMG, Regan purchased the middle market practice of KPMG’s Lehigh Valley office. He now is a senior director at RLB Accountants.

Regan is a member of PICPA, AICPA, and the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley, the Pennsylvania Institute’s Multistate Tax Committee, He is a board member at ESSA Bank & Trust, Saucon Mutual Insurance Company and Northampton County Meals on Wheels…and is involved in many other civic and community organizations.

A graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. degree in accounting, Brian is a recognized expert in several industries, including banking, food manufacturing, oil and gas drilling, and real estate development. Brian resides in Saucon Valley, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
