Martin is the managing director of the firm and senior partner responsible for the firm’s audit and accounting practice. He began his public accounting career in 1987 in the Philadelphia office of Coopers and Lybrand.

 He subsequently spent several  years as an Audit Manager at a large regional accounting firm  in Allentown, Pennsylvania until  1995 when  he founded M. Levin & Associates. In January 1999, Martin teamed up with John A. Savchak, CPA and formed Levin Savchak & Associates, P.C.,  which has evolved into Regan, Levin, Bloss, Brown & Savchak, P.C. (RLB Accountants).Martin’s expertise includes working with a diverse mix of clients including specialty contractors, technology firms, wholesale distributors, auto dealerships, manufacturers, mortgage brokerage firms, and real estate management companies. In addition, he has a broad background in providing management consulting services including forensic accounting; bankruptcy accounting; strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions; litigation support and more. Martin has been qualified as an expert witness in numerous Court proceedings.

Martin is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Virginia Society of CPAs. He served a three-year term on the Accounting and Review Services Committee of the AIPCA, a senior standard setting body of the organization. He is a past president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). In 2007, Governor Rendell appointed him to a four-year term on the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy where he currently holds the position of Vice Chairman. He holds licenses to practice as a CPA in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Florida.

A summa cum laude graduate of Rowan University with a B.S. in Accounting, Martin also holds a Masters in Finance from DeSales University. He serves as an adjunct professor of accounting at DeSales University, Kutztown State University, and Muhlenberg College.
