Jay H. Fasnacht began his illustrious career in 1962 in the audit department of KPMG (formerly Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company), an affiliation that lasted for an impressive 33 years! During this long tenure at KPMG, Fasnacht was named a managing partner for the firm’s Allentown office from the years of 1976 to 1995.

After a brief retirement, Jay once again became an active participant in the Lehigh Valley’s professional accounting forum as he agreed to lead and guide the audit department of Regan, Searles and Co., P.C. from 2002 to 2009. Upon the formation of RLB in 2010, Jay was called upon to lend his vast expertise in the areas of financial review, compilation, and audit services to enhance the professional team at Regan, Levin, Bloss, Brown & Savchak, P.C.

Fasnacht’s professional affiliations include being a member of AICPA and PICPA (of which he was a past president of the Lehigh Valley chapter). He also was a past president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, as well as a past president of the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Advancement Project. He is a past vice chairman of the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation. His community activities include being a board member and treasurer of the Lehigh Christian Academy and as an executive board member and treasurer of the Bible Fellowship Church.

A graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Fasnacht attained the designation of CPA in 1966. Jay and his wife live in Macungie, Pennsylvania. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
